cancelation and late policY

Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours will be charged according to listed below.

Please get a hold of me through the phone number listed on the website, through hitting the reschedule or contact button in Square or via my social media platform.

NO-SHOW TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, OR SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULTS IN 100% CANCELLATION FEE.

If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged of 50% of your appointment.

LATE POLICY:

if you are more than 15 minutes late or 5 minutes late for consultations this will be marked as a cancellation and be charged accordingly to the same day cancellation fee.

However, if I am still able to take you that day, I will only charge you for the time that you were late.
